ftpREadmin is a PHP5 based system for administrating a ProFTPd server's virtual users who are stored in MySQL database. It supports new user creation, user management, quotas and some user statistics.
FtpREadmin was started by guide how to configure ProFTPd server with MySQL support and were modified a bit. You can read original guide and then use ftpREadmin installation instructions to setup ProFTPd server. Original guide is written for Ubuntu, but you can search on Google for different linux distributions. The point is to make ProFTPd work with mysql, everything else is described in ftpREadmin installation instructions.
